Letters of Invitation
The ACPEL 2017 Conference Secretariat is pleased to provide letters of invitation to registered conference delegates to assist in their visa applications for travel to Canada. The letter of invitation helps the visa officer assess the purpose of the trip and the resources the applicants require during their stay in Canada.
In order to be issued an invitation letter, the participant must be registered and have fully paid the registration fee for the Conference. They will then be required to fill out our Letter of Invitation Request Form, below. Applicants of completed forms will only receive a response from the ACPEL 2017 Conference Secretariat once registration is confirmed and payment has been received.
For registration details, please go to the Registration Page. Please note that while the letter will be an official invitation, applicants are responsible for all costs of attending the Conference. Application for a visa must be made by the person to whom this letter is addressed, and directly to the appropriate Canadian Embassy/High Commission. The Conference Secretariat will not apply for a visa on your behalf. For details, please visit the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website www.cic.gc.ca.
